This is the one privacy policy for everything Waul offers: this website (waul.ch), the documentation (doc.waul.ch) and all Waul apps. Website and documentation
This website and the documentation are built to collect as little as possible:
- They set no cookies.
- They use no tracking and no analytics.
- They load no fonts, scripts or content from other services. This website’s font is served from our own domain; the documentation uses your device’s fonts.
- They have no forms. You contact us by email, with your own email program.
- The documentation remembers your light or dark mode choice, and the live demos keep their sample data, in your browser’s storage. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Both are hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Our apps
Our apps run on Atlassian Forge, Atlassian’s cloud platform. They store their data in your Atlassian site, on Atlassian’s infrastructure. Email and support
When you email us or open a support request, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write, including any attachments. We use this only to answer you and to solve your request.
Our email is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland.

Marketplace and licensing
Our apps are sold through the Atlassian Marketplace. When you try or buy an app, Atlassian handles the purchase. While an app runs, Atlassian tells it whether your site has an active license; the app uses this only to decide whether it may be used.
